Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, here’s exactly how returns and exchanges work.

Return Window

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return.

Where Returns Are Accepted

We currently accept returns from the United States, Canada, Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Netherlands, Portugal, and Spain.

Eligibility

  • Items must be new, unworn, unwashed, and include original tags and packaging

  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery

Returns that arrive used, damaged, or outside the return window are not eligible.
No restocking fees apply.

How to Start a Return

Email cristianlavian@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Once approved, we’ll email you return instructions and the return shipping address.

  Returns must be approved before being sent back.
Do not ship returns to the business address listed below.

Return Method & Shipping Costs

  • Returns must be sent by mail

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or color, email cristianlavian@gmail.com with your order number and requested exchange.

  • Customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to availability

If the requested item is unavailable, we’ll offer an alternative or a refund.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, email cristianlavian@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number.

If approved, we’ll provide a replacement or a refund.

Refunds

Once your approved return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5 business days.

Original outbound shipping and protection fees are non-refundable.
Your bank or card provider may take an additional 3–10 business days to post the credit.

You’ll receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.

Lost Parcels

If a parcel is confirmed lost in transit and the shipping address provided at checkout was correct, we’ll assist in resolving the issue with the carrier.

Refunds or replacements are issued only after carrier confirmation of non-delivery.

Product images are taken as accurately as possible; however, screen displays may vary.
